Computer Science Student and Supply Chain Managment
Narshvin Doorganah
, from Mauritius, pursued a degree in Computing Science at UBC. He was active on campus and involved in multiple clubs, including the Computer Science club, Open Source club, and Innovation Creativity and Entrepreneurship club. Doorganah represented his program in UBC’s Hackathon and worked as a co-op student at IX Solutions and Alberta Health Services while studying. He has now joined Avanade’s Canada Headquarters as a Security Analyst in Cyber Defense.
Katelyn Zubak, a Supply Chain Management student from Kamloops BC, has gained valuable work experience through her co-op terms at CIBC and Hydro One and a summer internship as an Area Manager for Amazon. She has since accepted a full-time position at Amazon and is currently a Career Ambassador. Zubak was also involved in various activities such as Enactus as the E-Cycle Co-Director, the TRUSU Swing Dance Club, and Study Abroad Ambassador after studying abroad in the UK.
